Allegro 4.9.11 binaries available

MinGW and MSVC binaries for allegro 4.9.11 are now available in the download section.
Since I currently have some problem with Physicsfs the physfs addon is not included. I hope I can solve the problems in the near future.
Until then have fun with the new Allegro 4.9.11!

4.9.9.1 Windows binaries available

4.9.9.1 binaries are now available that fix a few bugs and work with MSVC. The version number on the libraries is 4.9.10 so don't get confused when 4.9.10 actually comes out in another month or so. The version was bumped after releasing 4.9.9 as we didn't expect to need a 4.9.9.1 release.
